AI training

One hour a week. A measurable difference.

AI enablement for teams that already have the tools but don't see the impact. No full day away from work: one hour online a week and a short task on your own work in between. Before we start, we map where your time goes today, so there is something to compare at the end.

Led by Jakub Jirák, a principal software engineer who has trained over ten thousand people.

Why this format

Why we don't offer full-day training.

You've seen it too

A month after a full-day training, nobody remembers anything

One intense day pulls people out of work, overwhelms them and fades within three weeks. An hour every week means more chances to try things and ask about what didn't work in between.

Licences run, nobody can show the impact

Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise: bought and handed out. But “what did it bring us?” stays unanswered because nothing was measured before rollout. That's why our programme starts with measurement, not the first lesson.

Half of the paid licences sit unused

Everyone got access, nobody got guidance. Part of the team uses the tool daily, part hasn't touched it, and the gap grows every month. That's money you're already spending.

Topics

What we build your programme from.

The number of lessons and choice of topics depend on who is in the group and what the team should do differently afterwards. Sometimes a few lessons on one topic are enough, sometimes a longer programme makes sense.

Engineering team

Shown on your kind of code and your pipeline, not a demo project.

  • Prompting so the model doesn't lie: context and verification
  • Generating code and working with legacy code
  • Tests: writing and above all maintaining them
  • Code review with AI
  • Debugging and root-cause analysis
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Automation in CI/CD
  • Agents and connecting your systems (MCP)
  • Security: what must not leave, reviewing AI code
  • Your own rules, measurement, next steps

Operations and mixed team

Practised on your own work: your documents, reports and data.

  • Prompting so the output is usable right away
  • Documents and longer texts
  • Research and summarising
  • Data and reporting
  • Notes, e-mails, communication
  • Working with the company's own documents
  • Automating repeated tasks
  • Where not to use AI and why
  • Rules and safe handling of data
  • What the team takes away and how to continue

How it works

From a no-obligation mapping to a documented result.

  1. 01

    Mapping

90 minutes on site, free. We go through the areas of your work and measure how much time things take today.

  2. 02

    Opportunity map

A written output with your numbers: where realistic savings are, in what order to tackle them and what we would not bother with.

  3. 03

    Lesson cycle

One hour online a week in a fixed slot, number of lessons based on goals. A short task between lessons, recordings for absentees, a channel for questions.

  4. 04

    Measurement and report

At the end, a comparison against the baseline and a summary for leadership. Not a feeling, but what could be measured.

What exactly we measure

We agree the metrics during mapping, before the first lesson, so there is nothing to argue about at the end. Most often:

  • time for a typical task before and after the cycle,
  • how long a task waits for code review,
  • share of the team actively using the tools a month after the end,
  • number of tasks returned for quality reasons.

Who leads it

Not a trainer who read about AI. An engineer who builds it.

From delivered projects

  • 80 %less repetitive work after rolling out an enterprise automation platform
  • 3×faster delivery after rebuilding the CI/CD pipeline
  • 10,000+people trained in practical use of AI tools

Start with a ninety-minute mapping.

No obligation and free. We go through the areas of your work, calculate what things cost in time today and send you an opportunity map, including what we would not tackle. We build the scope and price of the cycle around your goals and group size and send them with the map.

We'll only use your details to reply. Privacy policy

The results above come from specific delivered projects and are not a guarantee of a comparable result in your environment. Scope, metrics and expected benefit are agreed together during the initial mapping.
