Who processes your data

When you contact us as a company
We process your name, email, company and message so we can reply and prepare an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or negotiating a contract. We keep the data for the duration of the communication and no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless it leads to a contract.
When you contact us as a candidate
We process the data you send us: contact details, CV, work experience and what you're looking for. We use it only to offer you suitable roles. We never share your CV with a client without your prior consent for a specific position. We keep the data no longer than 3 years after the last contact, or until you withdraw consent.
Engagement Radar
Engagement Radar data is processed under a contract with the company and with the specialist's consent. The company only receives summary findings and recommendations the specialist has agreed to.
Analytics
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure traffic anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing in your browser.
Who we share data with
We don't share data with third parties except providers who help us run the website and communication (hosting, email, sending the contact form via Web3Forms), and only to the extent necessary.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@coachit.cz. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
